MenoFit™️ is a NEW holistic Exercise & Nutrition Programme for mid life women in peri-menopause, menopause and beyond!

Are you struggling with menopausal symptoms?

Perhaps you’re not sure and would like to understand better your symptoms and how it affecting your physical & mental well-being. With the aim to improve your physical, emotional & mental health. Also tackling improving your nutrition will help too. All will lead to you embracing this part of your life!

This will, of course being holistic work in conjunction with anything advised or prescribed by your GP.

This is a 4 week 1-2-1 course, each session and hour in length at your own home, with the aim to give you to tools to feel peri or menopausal confident. It will include a tailored to you chat covering nutrition, sleep, stress during this time of life. Then a 30 minute workout designed to help you stay on top of your fitness throughout your menopause journey!
