Joanne is continuing to expand her knowledge and skills -

Joanne's influences in her exercise sessions involve her passion and knowledge of Ballet, Modern Dance, Street Dance and Tap-Dancing.

 

Joanne teaches classes free-lance at Health & Leisure Spas and Gyms, Classes include - Mat Pilates, Pre/Postnatal Pilates, KSFL Club Nutrition for Fatloss & HIIT Training, Zumba® Fitness, Body-conditioning, Aqua Fitness, BLT, Relax & Stretch, Kettlecise & Aerobics.

Joanne enjoys going into local senior schools and Buckingham University teaching girls from year 10 upwards  - sessions include Pilates, Fitness Hula Hooping and Zumba® Fitness.

 

Joanne also works with local based businesses teaching Pilates privately.
