The class covers a wide range of kettlebell exercises, from basic moves to advanced techniques. Expect high-energy exercises that raise your pulse, with focused work on target muscle groups like the abdominals, glutes, arms, and thighs—all designed for maximum effectiveness.

 

£9.50 pre-booked block booking or

Drop-in or taster session - £11
