Barre Fitness - with Joanne!


Introducing Barre Fitness - Its a brand new Ballet Barre Workout combining classical Ballet moves with Functional Fitness & Pilates.

It will be new class suitable for all abilities.

Barre Fitness Classes will give you -

Improved posture
Increased cardiovascular fitness
Improved co-ordination/agility/reflexes
Greater muscular strength and endurance
Increased mobility and flexibility
Core strength and functional fitness
Improved joint stabilisation 

Throughout challenging and diverse workouts coming from the basic and heart of Ballet movements.

Each Class and course of classes will have a combination of -

  • Barre Basics – the fundamental Barre moves from Ballet & Fitness
  • Barre Body – conditioning sequences for total body shaping
  • Barre Burn – intense, cardio moves and blasts
  • Barre Bend – flexibility exercises for the perfect stretch
