PILATES classes with Joanne - are an hour in length - expect a total body workout, focusing on core strength, improved muscle tone, increased flexibility and body awareness.
The workout includes the classical exercises combined with functional variations/alternatives - to give fabulous results!
Small equipment such as a Pilates Magic Circle, Resistance Band and soft small Pilates balls are combined into the class plan to add an increased challenge and enhance results. 

 

PILATES Class with Joanne will leave you feeling stronger and leaner and with a greater understanding of the connection between the body & mind.

Due to Pilates being more of a specialist form of exercise - please note that clients are asked to pay in advance for each 5-8 week course of group-based classes (no refunds for missed sessions). This is after an initial taster session. A missed session can be made up during the current block booking at another venue subject to availability.

 

It is a fair approach enabling the class ability to be considered in planning and delivering the group session.

 

Class numbers are limited(usually around 12) and kept to a maximum of 20 per session.

 

Pre & Postnatal mums are welcome to classes as Joanne is Pre & Postnatal Certified. This is subject to Pre-Exercise Questionaire & screening. A 1-2-1 session will be recommended if not already regularly attending Pilates Class pre-pregnancy.

 

Classes are £9 per session(taster or drop-in - subject to availability) or £8 per session for pre-booked 5-8 week course(full payment due at 1st session).

 

1-2-1 Personal Training (including postural analysis) and Small Group bookings are available upon request and priced at: £45 hour session (subject to hall hire/travel costs)
Ask about discount for block bookings of 6 or more sessions

(24 hr cancellation notice required)
