Am I a professional trainer?
Yes. I studied as a mature student and work freelance as an Advanced Fitness Instructor at a Health & Leisure Club, at a Gym and in the community on and off for 20 years and from 2009 to date as Fitness & Wellbeing Classes with Joanne. Check out the “About Me“ page for more details on my biography.

Where does the 1-2-1 training take place?
Most of my clients are from Buckingham and the surrounding areas. We can work together through a 1-2-1 mat Pilates session - designed to meet your personal needs and requirements - jog through the surrounding countryside and work out together, at your home or at a local venue.

That does not mean, however, that I do not sometimes take longer trips to get to know new running paths in your area. Just contact me. I am sure we will find a solution!

Why should I spend money on a personal trainer? I can do it by myself.
Of course you can train alone. But I believe that my main purpose is to motivate you and develop a customised training programme with you that corresponds to your requirements, problems and goals. I will mainly be your advisor. I can detect when your posture is not quite right or when you are putting too much pressure on the wrong muscles. Also I can recommend running paths or the right exercise. Your success is my success!
