Welcome to Joanne's Small Group Training!
BodyTone combines body conditioning with cardio intervals, primarily using bodyweight exercises, along with occasional small equipment. It’s designed to offer something for everyone!
What to Expect
Each class is a full-body workout, starting with standing exercises and usually ending with mat work and a relaxing cool-down stretch.
