BodyTone

Welcome to Joanne's BodyTone class!

 

This class is a combination of Body Conditioning with Cardio intervals. Using mainly effective body weight exercises and sometimes small equipment.

 

It has a little something for EVERYONE!

 

Ideally for anyone looking to sculpt and tone a leaner shape or improve their fitness.

 

What to expect from a class?

The class is a full body aerobic workout that aims to give you a full body tone up, including thighs, bum and stomach. Class starts in standing and usually ending with mat work and a full stretch cool down. Great for those who want to lose weight or even for those who simply want to improve their fitness levels.

 

LEGS WORKOUT

Your legs will get a workout through lunges, squats and all sorts of simple moves whether you’re standing or air-cycling on the floor. Also incorporating small equipment.
 

SQUATS, FOR A PEACHY BUM!

Most of our classes will incorporate squat & Lunge exercises, great for building strength and toning up your thighs and bottom.
 

FOCUS ON ABDOMINALS & CORE

There is a good chance that you will have to get on the floor and do various exercises to give your abs a good workout. The aim is to repeat these exercises as much as possible, building up how long you can do it each time.

 

Finally, after the exercises you must have a cool down as this will slow your blood flow back to normal after all the hectic exercising you have been doing. Be sure to have a good stretch to avoid feeling stiff the following day.

Classes are on:

Tuesday 7pm at Lace Hill School Hall, Buckingham

Thursday 10am at Tingewick Village Hall

 

Classes are £7.50 per session(taster) or £56 for pre-booked 8 week course to secure your place.
(full payment due at 1st session).
