Back Pain Relief with Hooping
Hooping can be surprisingly effective for relieving back pain. Hours of hunching over a computer or slouching on the couch can take a toll on your back, and stress or anxiety only adds to the strain. Hooping encourages fluid movement in your hips, while massaging and loosening lower back muscles, providing relief from tightness and discomfort.
(As always, please consult your physician before starting hooping, especially if you have existing back pain.)
What to Expect
Each 45-minute session begins with mastering the basic skills, before progressing into a fun, full-body workout that leaves you feeling energized and strong.
