Chair Pilates

This gentle and supportive class is ideal for:

  • Anyone who finds getting down to, or up from the floor a challenge & feels more comfortable sitting or standing
  • Returning to fitness after an injury
  • Pre or Postnatal
  • Those recovering from surgery or managing chronic injuries
  • If you're feeling unsure about joining a regular mat Pilates class

What to expect:
During a 45 minute session with Joanne, we'll explore a range of exercises from seated and standing positions, work on balance, joint flexibility, and strength. We use small equipment like resistance bands, soft balls, prickle balls & Toning Balls - all great tools for supporting bone health and managing osteoporosis.

 

You’ll get all the variety and benefits of a traditional mat Pilates class, just with the support of a chair!
