Join Joanne & Flora for a nourishing and relaxing afternoon.
2-2.15pm - Welcome!
2:15-3:15pm - Trigger Point Pilates with Joanne
We will begin with a targeted Myofascial Release Pilates session, led by Joanne, focusing on some the body’s key trigger points to release tightness, improve functional movement, and support realignment in the body. We will be using small equipment - Foam roller, prickle balls, resistance band & Pilates Ball.
3:15-3:45pm - Breathwork with Flora
Enjoy a calming Breathwork session led by Flora — a certified yoga instructor and breathwork facilitator in training — guiding you into a restful, meditative state to support emotional release and mental clarity.
3:45-4:15pm - refreshment & light bite
Closing our afternoon over some refreshment & a light bite to connect and chat.
Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in, wear layers so you can stay warm or remove if you become too warm. Mats, foam roller, resistance band, prickle balls & pilates ball are provided.
Your might like to bring your own mat, a small cushion to rest your head, blanket to keep you comfortable. Also a water bottle to stay hydrated.
