Welcome to Joanne's Small Group Training!

 

BodyTone combines body conditioning with cardio intervals, primarily using bodyweight exercises, along with occasional small equipment. It’s designed to offer something for everyone!

 

What to Expect
Each class is a full-body workout, starting with a standing warm up continuing on & off the mat with a cool-down finish.

Monday 7pm & Thursday 9am

Classes are £11 per session(taster) or £9.50 for pre-booked course to secure your place.
(full payment due at 1st session).
