Body Blitz - HiiT

Welcome to Joanne's Body Blitz - HiiT class!

 

This class is a combination of Body Conditioning with Cardio HIIT(high intensity interval training). Using mainly effective body weight exercises and sometimes small equipment.

 

It has a little something for EVERYONE!

 

Ideally for anyone looking to sculpt and tone a leaner shape or improve their fitness.

 

HIIT) blends science with exercise to drive phenomenal results. With short, intense bursts of exercise followed by periods of recovery, HIIT drives you to go as hard as you can, rest, and then repeat. It’s a scientifically-proven approach that allows you to keep reaching your maximum training zone again and again, shocking your body each and every workout.

Research shows that HIIT helps burn calories for hours after your workout1. It can result in up to nine times the fat loss of regular cardio training and therefore it’s considered more effective than your standard aerobic or “steady state” training2.

This type of training doesn’t just annihilate calories, it stimulates the production of growth hormone. The chemicals released during a HIIT workout help your body reduce fat and build muscle and that’s what changes the shape of your body, fast. HIIT also unleashes fast-twitch muscle fibers, taking your strength, power and muscle definition to the next level.

This class is ideal for all levels of fitness and ability, beginners are always welcome!

Classes are on:

Mondays 8.10-8.40pm at Grenville School Hall, Buckingham

 

Classes are £6.50 per session(taster) or £36 for pre-booked 6 week course to secure your place.
(full payment due at 1st session).
