Aerocise-PILATES has been established since March 2009 - I have lots of previous experience as a Class Instructor and working 1-2-1 - focusing on meeting the particular needs of my clients. Whether you simply want to tone up or lose some weight, I can put together a customised training programme for you so we can reach your goals together.

Member of the Register for Exercise Professionals (REPS) -
Level 3 status-Advanced Fitness Instructor.
